I applied for the position on LinkedIn and then did a 30 minute phone screening with the recruiter. The next day I did a 30 minute video interview with the manager. I enjoyed our conversation and thought they seemed like someone who would be great to work with. About a week later I went to their office in person for 4 separate 30 minute interviews (2 hours total) with a director and several managers for different teams. They all asked a lot of the same questions, so I feel like it would have been way faster and more efficient to just do a panel style interview. Everyone said their least favorite thing about working there is the fact that they are now 5 days a week in person (with no more remote option). Two and a half weeks later, the recruiter emailed me to tell me that they chose another candidate for the role.
