Interview
Pre tests at the selected sites. Once passed. Inviting to on site interviews. The recruiter will send you a link for training in order to prepare you for the working experience the tenants would want you to have. Once trained. You must successfully pass the test from another website in order to have your record established. Once passed the test successfully, you will be tutored to interact with the screen panel members according to their importance and seniority.

Question 1
Most questions has to do with the technicality of your up-to-date experience in interdisciplinary areas. After that is your specific area of trade. Other than that will be how you handled other jobs prior to this one so that they can be sure of your loyalty to them and devotion to the tasks on hands.
They will ask you the question that is the most important to them because they want you to help them to ease their pains and sufferings when come to that threshold. How will you handle the final phase of the construction when there are no more man powers, funding, and budgets left?
