Phone screen with HR representative, virtual over teams with HR representative and in person interview in the Towson office with 2 administrators. Took about 2 weeks to finish interview process after application submission.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abilities Network (Waldorf, MD) in Dec 2015
Interview
The first interview was phone interview, then it was face to face. Abilities Network is very picky! Be at your best! They only hire the best of the best! They take time to hire, even though it is hard for some of their clients not to be seen. If you are that person, go a head and apply! I am just a simple and non complicated person! I appreciate little things and not complain a lot in life! So, if you are like me work hard, be the best at your work, do the right thing, and take the good with the bad! You are going to be alright!
