I had a disappointing experience with this company's recruitment process. After spending several hours completing a take-home assignment they provided, I was scheduled for a recruiter call. However, the recruiter ended the call within five minutes after realizing I had applied about a year ago.
It was clear they hadn’t properly reviewed my background before assigning the take-home task, which wasted a significant amount of my time. I followed up via email but received no personal response—just an automated rejection. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the time I spent.
This experience reflects a lack of consideration for candidates’ time and suggests inefficiencies in their recruitment screening process.

Practical problems that were different than your typical leetcode style questions. They let you look stuff up and use AI if you need it. Interview consisted of phone screen, and then full loop with hiring manager, system design, past project review.
