Absopure interview questions

Initial interview, two week delay. Hiring interview, one week later the job was offered. A week after I filled out my tax information. A week after I started working. overall I would view the interview process as something that is similar to a legitimate business, however, that is not the case. After six months I was the second highest in seniority amongst two production line. No raise was offered to me when I put in my resignation, however, I received visits from several high ranking position, for a lack of a better term, "begging" me to stay.

Phone interview with the recruiter was a typical screening interview lasting approximately 45 minutes. Recruiter did not seem overly enthusiastic or engaged in the conversation. Seemed to be checking off a list of questions. I was told he would review my qualifications with the hiring manager and contact me about next steps. Follow up after the interview was within 10 days.
