It was simple and quick, with many of the key stakeholders. This allowed for only a single interview before a decision was made. Appreciated that they did not go into a technically in-depth set of questions.
The interview process was really enjoyable and more of a back-and-forth conversation; overall, it was a really great one, and I got to ask as many questions as I wanted about the company and the management style.

Started with an email interview to answer questions about my work experience and to tell me a bit about Absorb, then I had a panel meeting with the CA manager and team lead to get a feel for personality fit and thinking processes, as well as answering my questions about work culture and a feel for how the company provides 24 hour support
