Abstract Displays interview questions

It was a panel interview that was a total joke. It was pointless for me to go because they already knew they were going to hire me. There was no negotiating at all. They are narrow minded and they are stuck in there ways

The company was given my name by a friend. They contacted me to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview was very relaxed with questions as well as answering my questions. Through my questions, they shared the salary range, benefits, time off, busy times of the year and a brief history of the company. They invited me for an interview with a group of managers and the owner. This was still very open and relaxed. Lots of situational questions regarding customer service and how I would handle or have handled situations. I was invited for a second interview with a different set of managers. This one was a bit more formal, but still relaxed. Many of the same questions or clarifying answers I had given in my first interview. I was contacted in less than a week with a job offer.
