The interview is very professional, giving by 1 of the managers. Very interesting questions that allow you to understand there professionalism. The training is about 5 days depending on how quickly you learn. Later theres a written test, then a 1 to 1 with the manager. Excellent place to work.

FOH manager asks the standard questions regarding availability and confirms the application is correct, asks a few pre set scenario questions in order to ascertain whether you can be counted on to do the correct thing, gives an explanation of the restaurant and a little about what would be expected of you.
