Very long and dragged out. Abysmal communication on their end. Would go weeks without reply. Had 4 interviews. On the last interview owner told me I was a good fit and said I would receive an offer letter no later than the next day at 10 am. Over a week passed without hearing anything. i then received a phone call from the owner acting as if he had never said he would send me an offer letter. He then said that he needed me to do unpaid work before he could determine if I was a good fit. When I asked for details he refused to answer. I ended up declining. Owner acted manipulative and shady and I got bad vibes from him during the entire interview process. I don't know what his real intentions were and I did not stick around to find out.
