Very Good Recruitment Process fair and Fast. first step after contact by phone and email to do video call/phone screen to know about my motivation to join, related job experience, basic knowlegde and will continue with online tech test around 3 days at the latest and meet the engineering team to discuss more and feel the engineering culture in accelbyte.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AccelByte in May 2020
Interview
First the technical interview was not hard if you're a senior programmer or engineer with good experience. There's also a session where you do brainstorming on a given problem. Lastly the interview with HR was going smoothly, they're really friendly and you can ask them anything about your potential job and company.

Question 1
At first some quiz with materials from college. After that you'll be given a problem to solve, which is not really hard but the time is only like an hour so you have to really sharpen your programming skills to beat the clock. The personal interview with HR is pretty standard.
