My advice: AVOID unless you are actually interested in RPA.
Simple phone screen to start, then a simple technical interview. The last part of the process is where it gets terrible. They make you complete a 40 hour training program before offering you a job. This training is unpaid unless they end up giving you an offer. I bit the bullet and went through the training, completed the two 20 hour long projects they make you do, only to fail their "final test" because they ask questions on it that are not covered in the training. You would think that they would ask questions related to the 40+ hour training you just went through but they actually ask questions that were never covered.
Overall the interview process was easy as hell but it was not worth going through the training. Avoid unless you are very passionate about RPA.
