The interview process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was consistent throughout, and I always knew what to expect next. The recruiter was responsive and kept me updated, and the role was clearly defined during each stage of the process. Everyone I spoke with was professional, welcoming, and respectful of my time. Overall, the process felt very organized and well-managed, which made for a great candidate experience.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at AccentCare (Sacramento, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interviewer answered all of my questions. She was a little too quick though it didn't seem she wanted to give me a lot of her time. I would liked to heard more about this job and the benefits that are offered.
The interview process was smooth overall. The hiring manager was personable and easy to talk with, and the recruiter was communicative and informative throughout the initial stages. My recruiter screening went well, and I progressed to the stage where the position was pending leadership approval. Unfortunately, I was later informed that leadership decided to close the requisition and the role would no longer be filled. While I understand business needs can change, I was disappointed as I was very interested in the opportunity and felt my experience aligned well with the position and team.
