It was in a group interview format with about 14 other people. Part 1 (Introductions) : Introducing yourself to the group (both staff and other candidates) which included saying what you have done in the last 6 months as well as something interesting about yourself. Part 2 (Group Exercise): Within the group of 15 people, you are required to discuss how you would save 4 out of 6 people from a burning building while leaving 2 behind. Part 3 (Interviews with staff): There will be multiple staff from the company who you will do a couple of questions with, each staff member will have about 6 minutes with you and then you will rotate around the room to the next staff member. Part 4 (testing literacy and error checking): You will be given two tests, the literacy test (reading a paragraph and answering questions based on that paragraph which are given in multiple choice format) and the error checking test (Two words are side by side, play spot the difference to see what the errors are.
