Accord Innovations interview questions

The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with a brief WhatsApp screening call with Talent Acquisition, followed by an English interview with the user team via Microsoft Teams, and ended with an HR discussion. The questions were standard for a cloud engineering role—fair and relevant to the position. Overall, the experience was positive, but I declined the offer because the salary did not meet my expectations.

Very quick process by phone call. Few days later for user interview. Overall only took 2 weeks for the recruitment process. All good and suitable benefits given Questions asked are all general and more focus to employment
