After submitting you application online or in person, they will call you for an over the phone interview. If they like you then they’ll invite you for an interview with the store manager and then there is a third final interview with the store owner.

I had a short phone interview, then scheduled in person interview with 2 assistant managers. It was a very comfortable personable experience. Both managers asking questions and making me feel at ease.
