First met with a 3rd party recruiter who was very friendly. I felt comfortable asking questions about the company, the role, compensation, and benefits. Next, I had two rounds of interviews where I met with the reporting manager, the team I would eventually work with, and some of the others who were in the same role as I was. Later, I learned that this was done in order to give the teams who would work with the new hire some voice in the process, which I appreciate. Lastly, a final "fit" meeting took place with the reporting manager who was doing the hiring to discuss any final questions. I thought the process was transparent and fairly prompt. I was expected to understand and be ready to speak to the frameworks and practices common to the role. The questions were a mix of experiential, rote, and style.
