The initial phone screening included the usual suspects - Java/J2EE related questions and other questions related to frameworks and methodologies. Then they needed me to take up an online test to further test my Java skills. But then the salary and benefits being offered was not exactly on par with the market-place and hence I gave up and decided to look elsewhere.
