Met with the office manager. Interview went well. She basically told me that I had the job and that the last meeting was for formality to meet with the producer. Weeks went by and neither reached out to me to schedule the meeting. Then I received an email stating that they were not moving forward with me for the job.
The interview process was professional. The recruiter was very responsive and got back to me on all questions and concerns. I was very happy with the process. I would recommend them to others.

Interview
First call was with a recruiter who simply inquired on my work experience and availability. The second interview was a phone call with my future manager to again ask on my work experience. Finally, the third interview was me coming into the office to meet the team members I would be working with. Each of them spoke with me and gained an understanding of my personality and compatibility with the team.
