A phone call interview had been organized by a member of the HR team. The interviewer (in my case the CEO) changed the format of the interview from phone to video interview without prior notice. The interviewer began by stating that he had little time available and asked me to provide him with some questions of my own so we could "quicky move on through the interview".
There were 2 follow-up questions about myself and 1 comment regarding their plans for the upcoming quarters. Finally, the interviewer asked me to prepare a proposal until the end of week and submit it to his email.
There was no acknowledgement of receipt for the proposal or any follow-up since then.
Overall, a poorly structured interview with a lack of clarity on the application process, and no follow-up on the status of one's candidacy.
