Actant Software Developer interview questions

When I arrived another candidate was waiting in the same room. And more people came in during the interview. It was in general very unpleasant interview because business person (who probably was technical in the past, but now is a boss) was only trying to find what is wrong with you. Technical people were much nicer, but it didn't matter. Interview consisted of good technical questions and tests in combination with questions like: What was your last review like? And the one before?! Just thinking that this will be your boss if you get offered a position made me not even wanting to check the outcome.
