Question 1
How do you handle multiple tasks and manage stress effectively?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Acted in May 2024
Interview
The entire process took exactly a month, The process consists of one HR call, one technical test, and one final interview with the mission and HQ departments.
I received the email from HR the day after my application. The first HR call lasted around 30-45 minutes. The technical test lasted 1.5 hour. The final interview lasted an hour, including questions from HR, technical departments and the mission.
The final decision came around one week after the final interview.

Question 1
(1) HR questions: Availability, salary expectation, etc.
(2) Motivational aspects such as why do you want to work for Acted, or this mission specifically. Why are you leaving your current position, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you expect to gain from this experience, very basic questions.
(2) Organizational knowledge: what do you know about 3 0, how is Acted funded, Acted's activities in this country, or in general.
(3) Technical questions and competency-based questions: how do you approach writing, multitasking, working in stressful environment, and how do you understand logical framework, indicators, cluster coordination, etc.
The generic interview was very laid-back and quick. They usually start off by asking you administrative ones, like how soon you be mobilised, and where you want to be located etc. Then they will ask for some background, like if you know when Acted if founded or funded. Nothing too demanding
