Got contacted by the Corporate Recruiter about four months after resume submission and asked to come in for an on-site interview two days after the call. I specifically asked if the Executive Committee and the CEO reviewed my resume and whether they are calling me to the HQ. I received a positive answer. Interview date I was given ended up being just a big unorganized open house. Sat thru a pathetic HR Benefits Presentation while I was waiting my “turn” to have a 1-on-1 interview. During the five minutes of interview, I found out that nobody actually even looked at my background, understood my experience prior and all they cared about is candidates who have “relationships” in the federal space that gave me the impression that this is nothing more than a cloaked Sales position. Overall process was a complete waste of my time and resources.
