I went through 2 round of interview. They asked simple questions about my background and interest in the position and allowed me to elaborate on them. It was a pretty smooth and easy process.

Interview
They have a two-part interview process. The first one was with someone from HR, and the second came from two other of their staff members. Questions were pretty standard, although I will say that the individuals that interviewed me were slightly unprepared - not a huge deal though!

They set up a phone interview with you after they reviewed your resume online. The phone interview is not hard. Only one round of interview. Got the offer after two weeks. No on-site interview requested. Overall very positive experience.
