Conocerme, medir con tests mis habilidades técnicas, ver si conocía la compañía, a que se dedicaban principalmente, cual era el horario de trabajo, los tipos de problemas que se podian presentar, las areas de la empresa, el equipo actual dedicado y el rol del pasante actual autodidacta. Contarme el rol y las tareas del trabajo.

Interview
Applied through Dice.com , Got a call to set up a screen call/interview after a month. The Interview was done by a friendly HR who was not knowledgeable about the technical questions, and typed as i responded to the questions to send to Manager. After interview, i had to send a Technical writing sample. Got an email a few hours later that i passed the screen call. It's been a month a half and haven't heard from them.
