Was referred by some friends and was able to land an interview. Went through a phone interview with my future boss then an in-person interview on site with the rest of my future team (one on one). Had a final interview over a video conference call with the head of the department. Acumen reimbursed me for most of the travel costs of interviewing.
The employees who work here are young, relaxed, and smart. I was very attracted to the office culture. However, corresponding with the HR department was a long and drawn out process and it took about 3 months from initial contact to offer letter.

Worst recruiting of any company I've ever worked with. Completely unresponsive to emails, even after showing initial interest. Forced me to wait more than a month without any indication of my candidacy.
