After applying online I received an email with about three pages of detail queations. After filling out the quadtions and sending them in they decided who they wanted to interview at which time I was scheduled. Met with two individuals, one was the previous holder of the open position but now the supervisor. The second person was the first persons supervisor. Only problem was is that they apparently had an internal person already in mind for the position.
