The interview process for me starts with resume screening. If shortlisted, I get a call from HR for a basic discussion about my education, skills, and projects. If I clear that, I move on to the technical round, where they test my coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and logical thinking. Some companies also conduct an assessment test.
If I pass the technical round, there’s usually a final round with a manager or senior team members. This round focuses on my soft skills, project work, and overall fit for the role. If everything goes well, I receive an offer letter!

I applied online. I interviewed at Adams & Associates (Union City, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Quite good since the question they asked is relateable to the job and not some random question like other iv job that i have done. I hope whoever going through here will pass it.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Adams & Associates in Jan 2020
Interview
Great Psychology assisted interview, made me feel comfortable. I spent time with Adam which happens to be CFO and offered me a job. But most importantly life advice. Anything less wholesome would be eating rice in Korean informal terms.
