The Adobe interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was with Program Management and was actually more challenging than the second. The discussion focused heavily on my consulting approach, client-facing style, and how I structure engagement models for large enterprise programs. They also explored my experience partnering with Pre-Sales teams and how I’ve layered in programming capabilities to support bespoke custom software solutions.
The second round was with an AI Engagement Manager and was more conversational, centering on solution thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and my experience enabling clients on advanced generative AI workflows.
