I interviewed for a position on the Adobe Ad Cloud team in NYC. I first chatted with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, followed by 3 additional team members (phone) and finished with a mock presentation.
The hiring manager (VP) took my phone interview while walking through busy NYC streets during a torrential downpour. Needless to say that this was distracting and not optimal. One other team member took my phone interview in a cab / walking through the airport. I was put on hold no less than 3 times, sometimes mid-sentence. Again, this was very distracting. Their questions were as thought provoking as one would expect for someone on-the-go.
I made it to the mock presentation portion of the interview. At this point, I can't believe that I actually continued with the process. I did only out of morbid curiosity. Expect to present a deck that you are familiar with and the Adobe team will be the client. A pretty standard mock pitch scenario.
After I went through that entire process, ending right before Thanksgiving 2017, I have not even heard back from the recruiter letting me know whether I got the job or not. Talk about good service.
I dodged a bullet and you should think twice before working here, at least for the Ad Cloud team in NYC.
