The interview process is smooth, easy. The hiring managers are nice and open to ideas. They share feedback quickly and are up for giving a feedback. There has been a shift in management ans they have hige requirment so they are easy on candidates.

Initial round with phone screening through HR, then hiring manager, interview with current csm, interview with Sales Manager, presentation to csm leader. HR were terrible at communication with me but the actual csm team were great to meet.
