Interview
Adobe's interview process was very informal and quick. I had an in person meeting at a restaurant with the VP of my business unit, and just after with the Director of my business unit. I think the interview was more about whether or not I could think on my feet, had relevant experience, and honestly if they liked me or not and thought I would be a good part of the team culture wise.

Used the STARS method. It was a full day, interviewed with 5 people - PS, manager, hiring manager, and 2 peers. Very friendly and somewhat informal. Interviews were 45 minutes each, and there was a brief break to get some water
