Applied online, recruiter reached out and setup the interview process. There was no technical interview -- they do not expect PgMs to be technical. So apply only if you are looking for a purely program manager role - with no technical requirement. Though I accepted the offer then, It turned out that it was not the right role for me.

Interview
Seemless process from start to finish over two months. Initial screening followed by a series of interviews with different stakeholders. Ended process with an interview with a senior executive of the division. Expect to have more interviews lined up compared to other companies, like five rounds or more depending on where the position is within the company. Everyone I spoke with loved the company and had worked for the company for many years. Also was impressed with the culture of the company.
