The interview process at all levels is pretty standard. They use the same questions you hear everywhere. They do ask you to sell them something and score you on it. They will also ask you to come in and sit with employee at the center level for an observation day.

Varies depending on area and who you know. Typical phone screening 1st, followed by invite to complete an in person or video interview. Waited about 1 week. Had to do a background check. No drug screening.
