It was a very casual interview in a lounge room due to covid restrictions. The person I met was the president of the company who did the interview. He stated that they were hiring to work at a new location and were willing to train for those with no experience. He shared about the company and the basics of the job. I work for a company that already required BSL 2+ training for labs so it made things easier to converse about.
