Very Casual . Mostly talk about the company and its function. They mostly asked very general questions to learn about you. There were two different interviews one with the technical team and one with the HR.

They asked me about classical as well as Instrumental analysis in the laboratory, Atomic absorption spectrometry, Flame TIR, Gas chromatography, HPLC etc. They asked about solution preparations, standardisation process etc. Interview was smooth and not very lengthy
