Recruiter reached out for initial phone screening. I was moved on to panel interview with PMO director and two other individuals from the team. Team extended offer shortly after interview.

What is the difference between a risk and an issue? Explain a situation where a risk became an issue.

Interview
First I got an email to speak with the recruiter to be scheduled the following week. Recruiter screen done and after a week, I was told that they will move forward to a panel interview scheduled for the next 2 weeks. I like that because I have time to prepare.
There was a phone screening where the recruiter tries to narrow down what team is a good fit for you. Then you interview with 3-4 people from that team(s) and they asked mostly behavioral questions.
