This company has no respect for candidates' time. The assignment is unfairly long (it took me a whole week working every night for hours to complete it), and after a successful presentation and excellent feedback I was rejected at the behavioral interview because they were looking for someone with more negotiation experience. Note that not only I had experience (I was asked one nego example, which I provided, and then the interviewers moved on to other topics) - but the interviewers started their question by saying "we appreciate you may not have a lot of commercial experience, but could you tell us about a time when...?". So either they had decided to fail me even before interviewing me, or they just sent the same long assignment to 10+ people and had to fail someone, and they found a silly reason to explain why. Either way, it does not seem like a fair process. I would have preferred going through the behavioral interview first, instead of having to work for a week on an assignment and then still being questioned about my experience, which they could have sorted out during the previous three stages I went through.
