First interview with HR was pretty normal. The second interview was with a team member who looked like he didn't care at all. There were no technical questions, all questions were related to my experience so it was difficult to fail. After that, I received a rejection without even a technical interview. This position is always open and it has been open for years, doesn't seem like they're hiring at all.
