The process was smooth, although long. There were 5 rounds of interviews: first with HR, second with colleagues, third with direct team lead, fourth with a team lead from Amsterdam, last with a VP.

Really efficient and quick interview process. Consisted of a screening with HR which focused more on experience and salary expectations, then an interview with team leads. Also included a take home case study to present.

Nas primeiras fases, eles colocam pessoas que seriam seus colegas pra te entrevistar, e não alguém que seria seu chefe, e se você vai bem na entrevista e tem um bom currículo, esses colegas na verdade se sentem ameaçados por você e não te passam pra próxima fase
