Skipped telephone interview as through agency. Straight forward reasonable questions. They were happy to answer questions and describe the role - Became apparent position was not really described well in the ad and job title was misleading. Interviews are a two-way process and the role has to have the right prospects for you to develop- thankfully I realised this wasn’t for me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerial Direct (Fareham, England) in May 2024
Interview
I spoke to one of their internal recruiters and had a meeting with them remotely.
Then I met the Team Lead and also their manager onsite.
They asked a lot of in depth questions and by the sounds of it they were desperately lacking in staff.
I can understand why, as they ask a for a lot of tasks and experience, but pay very poorly.
Fortunately they didn't actually offer me a job as I 'only have a year of experience'.
Steer clear of this company!
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How many tickets do you typically handle in a day, how many calls do you take etc.
They asked some technical questions like how I would approach a specific fault, but worded it poorly and I didn't even understand what type of tech they meant because of this.
the interview process was smooth the questions asked where in line with what the job was about. The Hiring manager was friendly and kept me in the loop, there was a lot of things that i liked about the role and location as well but the only thing was that the role was not remote.
