Affluent Global Services Software Engineering interview questions

I got a call from HR for role of software developer in Microsoft (Affluent global services payroll) and she scheduled first telephonic round for .Net, SQL, Angular & Web API, Bootstrap, JSON & Html. At the end of call I was told that I have to appear for 2nd round as this interviewer doesn't know angular, in next round there will be only angular questions. So on the very next day one more round was done. Now I got a call that I have cleared both the rounds and they will start final technical round with some senior guy at 2:30 PM. After waiting for 25 mins I got a call from HR that as I don't know Azure they can't proceed ahead. When I asked that already I had informed you and I had told you all the 7 technologies I know. She replies "Yes I know but interviewer said these days they are using azure in all the projects, so they can't go ahead." I had no words then. Also in any of the three rounds they never called on time.
