I worked with Aflac the summer after my sophomore year of college. I was aggressively recruited and had several branches reach out to me after submitting my application to a job board. I chose to interview with the branch that was closest to my house. I was nervous going into the interview because I didn't have much experience, but I quickly found out that that didn't matter. My interviewer did most of the talking and asked very little about me. It was evident about half way through the interview that I would be hired. I was naive enough to think that they liked me so much that they hired me on the spot, but I later realized that they hired basically everyone who interviewed. If you could breathe, you probably got an offer. It turned out to be the worst job I've ever had.
