I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
An interview was schedule during my current work hours as this was the only time available. I discussed at length with the nice woman on the phone. I left a customer meeting early to drive over an hour to make the interview. I emailed approximately 30 minutes prior to the interview, I would be about 5 minutes late due to a customer meeting running long and heavy traffic while on the way. I never received a response and was turned away at the door after being 4 minutes late, when this was discussed prior to the meeting. It wasn't appreciated after having to leave my current position early, driving over 50 miles and well over an hour in traffic, to only be turned away after 4 minutes when the notification was made.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Aflac (Glendora, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
In a Zoom call, a guy asked me questions in the interview. He first asked me about where I was calling him on Zoom before the interview questions. The guy was glad that I attended the information session the day before the interview and the interview.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Winchester, VA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Group meeting - a couple of employees were there selling the job. A few candidates altered to the presentation. It was pleasant but not for me. It was about how much money you can make on residual stacking income.
Was a group setting. They explained what the company was about. Gave information. Was not a formal interview. Was not a good experience. I would not work for this company.
