I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aflac (Greenville, TX) in Nov 2019
Interview
Scheduled interview, basic sales pitch. Highly revenue focused, direct sales based. Less than adequate professionalism, personality deficient interviewer. Disappointing unpreparedness on interviewers part. Lax in presentation. Offensive in eye coordination throughout. Invasive of past employee using facebook to detail outward appearance as a tool. The interviewer was a tool.

The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
