The interview process was via AI. All I had to do was call the number they text to me and I was asked a few questions and shortly after received an email to set up the webinar appointment!
There was no interview. They send recorded marketing webinar and ask everyone to pay $300 for agent work with them at 45% commission that insurance companies pays! Not worth to pay for job.
