Phone interview, followed by in-person interview. There was two weeks between the phone interview, and the in-person visit. I was given a list of people that I would be interviewing with; however upon arrival, I was told that half of them were offsite at meetings or just not around. After following up twice via email in the next month, I stopped making the attempt to get a response from them. They emailed me about two months after the in-person interview to notify me that they had filled the position.
