I applied online to A* for the position 'AI Traineeship'. The number of interview stages was not specified, as the interviewer did not mention it during the 1st interview and I did not pass also. The 1st interview was conducted directly with the user, who asked me to introduce myself, discussed my background and experience in AI/ML, as well as my exposure to physics. He also explained the scope of the position and the responsibilities I would have undertaken.
