Interview was okay and had to complete an assignment after that. However, got ghosted/no response from HR despite taking time to complete assignment and even following up with HR several times.

Got a email notification from HR to interview with my potential direct supervisor. The interview was more casual, conversation style for the first round and they asked more situational questions as well as ecosystem-related questions. While they found me to be a good fit, they expressed that there were other strong candidates.
