      Customer Service/Response Associate Interview

      7 Aug 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Clarksville, TN
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Agero (Clarksville, TN) in Aug 2016

      Interview

I had 2 interviews. The first one was by telephone, and it was just basic interview questions about your experience and how can you deal with stress. Then she told me to sign papers to get a background check because she wanted to move me on to a in person interview. I was then informed I passed the background check and given the appointment date and time for my in person interview. I was told the dress code is business casual. I showed up dressed according to dress code and was shocked to see that Nobody there was dressed like this when I showed up, not even the ones doing the interview. I felt over dressed. I was taken back early because I showed up early and got the interview spot of woman who showed up late. I was taken back to a room and was not really asked the typical interview questions. I was just informed of the strict attendance policy that does not allow for you to get sick or stay home if the roads are closed and informed once again that the dress code was business casual. The ones doing the interview was not dressed this way so I figured they just meant those on the floor must dress this way. I was then told I would be taken back to a room to watch a woman take calls. I was shocked to see that nobody in there was dressed business casual either. People was in pajamas and some were in flip flops and barefooted. I found that kind of odd. I was seated with a barefooted girl and I listened in on the calls. She kept complaining about her job and customers. I was then taken back to the room and asked if it was like I thought it would be. I told them it was easier than any other job I did before . The program is easy enough for a child to do. I had had already memorized the script, which the girl at the computer did not go by like she was supposed to. The interviewer then told me she did not have the training schedule and had several more to interview and would contact us all to give us updates. I was then emailed and informed they chose someone else and they would keep my application on file for 2 years in case another position opens.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The interview was basically by phone and you was asked things like How did you deal with a stressful situation. The in person interview was basically them telling you that they do not allow you to be sick or stay home if the roads are closed and then sitting down watching someone do the job and then being asked if it seems easy.
