Brief and they hire based on personality. If your personality matches one that will fit with the team they’ll hire you. Very clickish so it’s best to individualize yourself, excel in your role, and keep your personal life private. Strictly do your job and go home. Don’t trust anyone or make friends.

Why do you feel that you’re a good fit for Aggreko?
Through a staffing company in Louisiana.. The interview was fine, they all were nice.
I got "hired" started "working" 1 week later... "Training" lasted forever. We were left alone in a room by ourselves for 2 days not knowing what to do... People are rude except a few very sweet women. Management is the worst Ive ever seen in my life. How did they get to those positions. No communication rude and egocentric... Bunch of crazy women. Without a valid reason i got let go after 7 days in the actual job after having wasted over 8 weeks in Training.
If I could give this company a -10 I would glady do it.

Interview
I was referred by a friend who works for Aggreko. After I had an in person interview at Aggreko I was then sent to a temporary staffing agency to process paperwork and I was paid through that agency. A few days later I was released from Aggreko because I didn't "fit in" with the team.
